BURGER RECIPE
Ingredients:
Patty:
- 500 grams of minced beef (choose beef with some fat for juiciness)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil for frying
Burger Assembly:
- 4 burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of cheese (choose your favorite)
- 4 tablespoons of burger sauce or ketchup
- 4 rings of red onion (optional)
- Mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Patty:
- Mix minced beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape each portion into a patty of your desired thickness.
2. Grill the Patty:
- Heat a grill or a flat pan with a little olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Grill the patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side (or to your desired level of doneness). If using cheese, place a slice of cheese on each patty when they are nearly done and let it melt for about 1 minute.
3. Prepare the Buns:
- While the patty is grilling, you can toast the burger buns on the grill or in a flat pan until they are slightly crispy.
4. Assemble the Burger:
- Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun.
- Put the cooked patty on top of the lettuce.
- Add a slice of tomato on top of the patty.
- Place red onion rings (if using) on top of the tomato.
- Drizzle burger sauce or ketchup to your liking on top of the onion.
- If you like, add mustard, mayonnaise, or hot sauce to taste.
- Close the burger with the top half of the bun.
5. Serve:
- Serve the burger immediately, perhaps with french fries or a salad according to your preference.
You can also customize this recipe to your liking by adding other toppings such as bacon, sautéed mushrooms, or other ingredients you enjoy. Enjoy your homemade burger!
