   - Instant chicken broth (optional, to taste)


3. Optional Garnishes:

   - Hard-boiled eggs

   - Chopped celery leaves

   - Fried shallots


Instructions:


1. Boiling the Chicken:


   a. Clean the chicken thoroughly and remove any unwanted parts.

   b. Place the chicken in a large pot and add enough water to submerge it.

   c. Boil the chicken over medium heat until it is fully cooked. You can add onion and celery pieces for added flavor.

   d. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and drain. Then, cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Set aside.


2. Making the Broth:


   a. Heat a little oil in a large pot and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.

   b. Add the carrots, celery, and ginger (if using). Stir well and sauté briefly.

3. Serving:


   a. Pour the chicken soup into bowls.

   b. Add hard-boiled eggs, chopped celery leaves, and fried shallots as garnishes, if desired.
